Sanoma Bakery

If there’s one thing I’ll never say no to, it’s discovering a new bakery, grabbing a coffee and treating myself to something delicious. And if you’re anything like me, you’ll understand that a good coffee and a freshly baked pastry can turn an ordinary morning into a pretty lovely one!

During my Canberra adventures, I stopped by Sanoma Bakery to try a few things from their menu. Whether you’re a fellow coffee lover, a pastry enthusiast or simply looking for somewhere to grab a bite, this is one for your Canberra foodie list.

☕ What I Ordered

  • Iced Latte

You know I can't go past a coffee, and an iced latte was a must-try! It's my kind of pick-me-up when I'm out exploring, wandering around Canberra or fitting a little café stop into a busy day.

  • Cardamom Vanilla Scroll

Let's talk about the pastry! The cardamom vanilla scroll caught my attention, and it's a lovely option to consider if you're after something a little different from your usual cinnamon scroll. Cardamom is a gently spiced flavour, while vanilla adds that sweet touch. It's the sort of bakery treat that pairs beautifully with a coffee and makes a morning café stop feel a little more special.

  • Ham Croque Forno

If sweet pastries aren't quite your thing, the ham croque forno is another item I'd recommend trying. It's a savoury option for when you're after something a little more substantial than a pastry. I love having a savoury option on my café list for those mornings when coffee alone simply isn't going to cut it!

☕ How to Order

One thing I liked about the ordering options is that you can choose how you'd prefer to order.

If you're happy to do things digitally, simply scan the QR code on your table to place your order. It's a convenient option if you'd rather stay seated while deciding what to eat.

However, if you're someone who prefers a little human interaction with your morning coffee, you can also order directly at the counter!

And remember, life's too short to skip the coffee and pastry stop!
