Tucked away on Tennyson Road in Concord, Paperboy has that relaxed neighbourhood-café feeling — the kind of place that works just as well for a slow weekend brunch as it does for a quick coffee catch-up with a friend.
Paperboy describes itself as a friendly neighbourhood local, serving fresh, seasonal and creative café fare alongside specialty coffee. And honestly, that pretty much sums up the vibe.

Vietnamese Salt Coffee (Iced): Feeling a little more adventurous? Try the iced Vietnamese salt coffee. The combination of coffee, sweetness and that little salty kick makes this one a fun alternative to your usual café order.
Vietnamese Coconut Coffee (Iced): Creamy, coconutty and coffee filled, basically a holiday in a cup. This was another standout for me and definitely one I'd order again. Whether you're grabbing a takeaway coffee or settling in for brunch, this is definitely a café where the coffee deserves a spot on the itinerary.

As someone who believes Biscoff can make almost anything better, this was an obvious choice — and it absolutely delivered. It's the kind of brunch dish that feels like dessert disguised as breakfast, which is exactly the energy I want from a weekend brunch.

For something savoury, my pick is the Brekkie Bagel. It's a great option if you're after something a little more substantial while still keeping those classic brunch vibes. And let's be honest, you can't go wrong with a good breakfast bagel and a coffee on the side.
